Three Steps in Healing from Difficult Births offers three steps for birthing parents and their partners to take if they are suffering after having a difficult birth. The first step teaches parents how to map out their birth experiences, especially things that helped.
The second step in to write down the birth story, and there is a short video on recognizing how a baby shows their experience. The final step is about how to make repair with the baby for challenges.
